Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Acknowledgement
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment time if you reschedule in accordance with our rescheduling policy. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation of your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited. This is to cover the loss of appointment time that we are unlikely to be able to fill at short notice.
Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your appointment if you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment time. If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, this will be treated as a cancellation and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on treatments that have been provided. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your results, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to discuss your concerns. We are committed to working with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a complimentary follow-up or review appointment.
Refunds for retail products will only be considered if the product is returned in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Governing Law
The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
